No, just fooling around again. :-)

It would take a bit to explain fully, but there used to be a cement
freight ship half sunk in Galveston Bay ... great fishing platform.
The cement boat idea actually worked, and it had made a number of
trips, I believe they said across the Atlantic Ocean. But since the
cement was porous, it required constant pumping, and they eventually
gave up and just let it settle onto the sandy bottom of the bay.

Then, of course, my name is also the name of two aircraft manufacturers.
